Few tips:
📌Try to keep a good posture (weight in front, shoulders back, core engaged, pelvis centered
📌Bend your knees
📌Keep your arms bent along your body, palm of your hands facing down
📌Move your hips, one example is to move them in the opposite direction you step. Add a bounce movement on the tap
📌 Don’t forget to tap on 4 and 8
📌Do small steps
